Students waiting for the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) Class 10 and Class 12 results may not have to wait much longer.
The Council is expected to announce the ICSE Results 2026 and ISC Results 2026 soon. Once released, students will be able to download their scorecards from the official websites.
The board results are one of the year’s biggest academic updates, with students requiring scores for higher education and course admissions.
WHEN WILL CISCE DECLARE ICSE, ISC RESULTS 2026?
As confirmed by a Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations official, the ICSE and ISC board results are expected to be announced within the next two weeks.
Going by previous year’s trends and the latest indications, the Council is likely to declare the results in the last week of April or during the first week of May 2026.

Once declared, students can check their results on the official websites:

Students may also be able to access digital marksheets through DigiLocker.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD ICSE, ISC RESULTS ONLINE?
Students can download their ICSE or ISC marksheets by visiting the official CISCE website at cisce.org. On the homepage, click on the ICSE or ISC examination result link, then enter your UID and Index Number in the required fields. After submitting the details, click on “Show Result” to view your scorecard on the screen.
Students are advised to download and save the marksheet for future reference.
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations conducted the board examinations earlier this year as per the scheduled timetable. The ICSE Class 10 exams were held from February 17 to March 30, 2026, while the ISC Class 12 exams took place from February 12 to April 3, 2026.
The Certificate of Vocational Education Results 2026 results are also expected to be announced alongside ICSE and ISC results.
WHY WERE UAE CISCE EXAMS CANCELLED?
In a significant development, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations cancelled Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations at all centres in the United Arab Emirates due to security concerns amid rising tensions in the Middle East.
The decision was reportedly taken after consultations with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority and the Consulate General of India in Dubai.
WHAT HAPPENED IN CISCE RESULTS 2025?
Last year, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations announced the Class 10 and Class 12 board results through a press conference on April 30. A total of 99,551 candidates appeared for the examinations, of whom 98,578 successfully passed.
Girls recorded a higher pass percentage of 99.45 per cent, outperforming boys, who secured 98.64 per cent.
Students who were not satisfied with their recheck results were allowed to apply for re-evaluation, while improvement examinations in up to two subjects were also permitted and scheduled for July.

Students are advised to keep their UID and Index Number ready and regularly check the official CISCE portals for the latest updates. They should also stay calm and avoid unofficial rumours regarding result dates.
