Pati Patni Aur Woh Do first look out, Ayushmann Khurrana film set for May

A new chapter of chaos, comedy and complicated relationships is on the way. The makers of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do have unveiled the first look of the film, introducing Ayushmann Khurrana as Prajapati Pandey. The film also features Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh, marking an ensemble cast in the upcoming comedy-drama.

Sharing the poster, the makers teased the film’s premise with the caption: “Shikari khud hogaya shikaar! Ab jaal mein phas gaye humare PRAJAPATI PANDEY. Ho jao #PatiPatniAurWohDo ke liye taiyaar (sic).” The film is set to release in theatres on May 15, 2026.

The first look shows Ayushmann Khurrana trapped in a net, while three women stand above him holding it, hinting at a chaotic love entanglement. He is also seen seated beside a cheetah, adding to the film’s quirky tone and comedic tension.

Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is a sequel to the 2019 film Pati Patni Aur Woh. The project was earlier slated for a March 4, 2026 release but has now been pushed to May 15, 2026.

Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film marks his return to the franchise. The original film starred Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday. The sequel is produced by T-Series head Bhushan Kumar along with B R Studios, with creative production by Juno Chopra.
