In an extraordinary academic achievement, Aarsha Sairah Jkoshi, a student of The Maurya School, Gurugram, has secured a flawless 600 out of 600 in the CBSE Class 10 Board Examinations 2026. Her result not only reflects academic brilliance but also highlights the power of discipline, consistency, and the right guidance.
For Aarsha, the moment was surreal. “It felt like a dream come true,” she shared, she adds that her first instinct was to thank her parents and teachers, who stood by her throughout the journey.
THE POWER OF UNDERSTANDING OVER MEMORISING
Unlike many students who rely on rote learning, Aarsha focused on conceptual clarity. Her approach was simple yet effective, study regularly, make structured notes, and revise consistently.
“I always tried to understand the logic behind every concept,” she says. This method not only strengthened her fundamentals but also helped her retain information better during exams.
Behind her success lies a strong foundation of support from her parents, Ria Paul and Aromal Amal Jkoshi. She credits them for maintaining a stress-free environment at home. “They never pressured me, but always encouraged me to do my best. Their belief in me became my strength,” she says.
Her teachers, too, played a crucial role by offering constant guidance, clearing doubts, and motivating her during challenging phases.
SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Aarsha emphasised the significant role her school played in her achievement. The structured teaching methods, regular assessments, and focused revision sessions helped her stay exam-ready at all times.
The disciplined and positive environment at school ensured that she remained motivated and focused. Teachers used interactive methods, practical examples, and personalised attention to make learning more effective.
PRACTICE, PRECISION, AND PRESENTATION
Regular practice papers and assignments were key to her preparation. They not only familiarised her with the exam pattern but also improved her writing speed and accuracy.
She also paid special attention to answer presentation, keeping answers neat, using keywords, and following the correct format, skills that significantly contributed to her perfect score.
BALANCING STUDIES AND WELL-BEING
Despite her rigorous study schedule, Aarsha understood the importance of mental well-being. She took short breaks, engaged in light activities, and listened to music to stay refreshed and avoid burnout. This balance helped her maintain consistency without feeling overwhelmed.
Whenever studies became difficult, Aarsha relied on a positive mindset. She would remind herself of her goals and trust the effort she had put in. “Believing that hard work will pay off kept me going,” she says.
DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE
Looking ahead, Aarsha aims to pursue her interests and build a career that is both meaningful and impactful. She aspires to contribute positively to society through her work.
Her advice to juniors is clear and practical: “Be consistent, stay curious, and believe in yourself. Make full use of your school’s resources, teachers, notes, and tests. Success doesn’t come in a day, but with continuous effort, it definitely comes.”
Aarsha’s journey is a testament to the fact that with clarity of thought, disciplined effort, and the right support system, excellence is not just achievable, it can be perfected.
