Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have moved to London ever since the birth of their second child, Akaay in 2024. This is in order to keep their children away from public scrutiny. Kohli was recently spotted on a quiet stroll with his son Akaay, and a fan-shot video of the outing has since gone viral across social media platforms.
In the circulating clip, the cricketer is seen walking along a city street with his young son. The two briefly paused to acknowledge a couple of passersby before continuing their walk. Akaay held on to Kohli’s finger, while the batter smiled and greeted those who recognised him.
The heartwarming father-son moment quickly won over fans online, who flooded social media with reactions praising the bond between Kohli and Akaay. Anushka Sharma and the couple’s elder daughter, Vamika, were not seen in the video, however, fans got nostalgic and recalled how Anushka and Virat have come a long way from holidaying in London as girlfriend boyfriend to now being parents.
On Tuesday, Kohli also marked Holi by sharing a festive greeting on his Instagram story. His message read, “Happy Holi. May this festival of colours bring success, happiness and positivity to your life.”
