The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is set to announce the results of the CS Executive and CS Professional December 2025 examinations on its official website, icsi.edu. As per the institute’s official notification, the CS Professional results will be declared at 11 am, while the CS Executive results will be released at 2 pm on the same day.
Candidates who appeared for the examinations will be able to access their results online using their roll number and login credentials. The digital scorecard will include a subject-wise marks break-up for each paper.
CS DECEMBER EXAMS HELD IN OFFLINE MODE
The CS Executive and Professional examinations were conducted in offline mode from December 22 to December 29, 2025, across various designated examination centres nationwide. Thousands of aspirants appeared for the tests as part of the December session.
ICSI has also clarified that the e-result-cum-marks statement for CS Executive candidates will be uploaded on the website immediately after the declaration of results. No physical copies of the marks statement will be dispatched.

JUNE 2026 CS EXAM SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED
Alongside the result update, ICSI has also announced the next examination cycle. The CS Executive and Professional June 2026 exams will be conducted from June 1 to June 7, 2026, in morning sessions.
Online enrolment for these exams will begin on February 26, 2026, along with the payment of examination fees.
Additionally, the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) will be held from June 1 to June 4, 2026, in afternoon sessions. Online registration for CSEET will open from March 1, 2026.
