Delhi AI Summit 2026 LIVE: Today is Day 4 of the India AI Impact Summit, and this is one of the most significant days of the six-day festival on artificial intelligence in the national capital.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke at the opening ceremony of India AI Impact Summit on 19 February, Thursday. Apart from PM Modi, key business and tech leaders like Mukesh Ambani, Sam Altman, and Sundar Pichai are also addressing keynote sessions. French President Emmanuel Macron also addressed the Delhi AI Summit today.

The event, touted as the first ever edition in the ‘Global South’, is expected to bring together heads of state, senior ministers, global technology executives, researchers, startup founders.

AI Summit 2026 LIVE: Next summit to bridge gap between Global North and South?

Bernard Maissen, Swiss State Secretary and Director General of the Federal Office of Communications, on Thursday, 19 February 2026, said that the AI Impact Summit 2026 is a key event and it is happening for the first time for the Global South.

He also said that the next summit, which is set to be hosted in Geneva in 2027, should bridge the gap between the global north and the global south.
