Over the last 11 years, Haryana has seen remarkable industrial growth with 12,20,872 micro, small, and medium enterprises established, employing 49.15 lakh people. The state aims to significantly increase its contribution to the national economy with a $1 trillion target by 2047.

Haryana has emerged as India’s seventh-largest state for startups with over 9,100 recognised startups. The state is establishing AI hubs in Gurugram and Panchkula to promote AI-based startups and research. A Department of the Future has been created to focus on AI, robotics, biotechnology, and deep-tech, while a separate MSME department supports small enterprises through online entrepreneurial memorandum filings.
