Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE launch date leaks online, here is all you need to know

Last month, Vivo launched its camera-focused flagship smartphones — the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300s — in China. The company also showcased the X300 Ultra at MWC Barcelona 2026, hinting at its global rollout. Now, it appears the India launch may be just around the corner, as a fresh leak has revealed a possible launch timeline for the Vivo X300 Ultra, along with the Vivo X300 FE.

According to tipster Yogesh Brar on X (formerly Twitter), the Vivo X300 Ultra could launch in India on May 7, alongside the Vivo X300 FE. Both smartphones are expected to go on sale starting May 14.

Earlier reports suggested that the Vivo X300 FE, which launched in Russia in white, purple, and black colour options, could arrive in India in a new green variant. A leaked image also indicates that the smartphone features a horizontal camera layout with Zeiss branding.

Vivo X300 Ultra specs and features

The Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.

For photography, the device has a triple-camera setup on the rear side, which includes a 200-megapixel Sony LYTIA 901 primary camera. It paired with another 200-megapixel Samsung HP0 telephoto sensor and lastly a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera with the Sony LYTIA 818 sensor. On the front, the device houses a 50-megapixel video calls and high-res portraits.

On the battery front, the smartphone is packed with a massive 6,600mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. On the software front, the device is expected to run OriginOS 6, delivering an improved and highly customizable user experience.

Vivo X300 FE specs and features

The global variant of the Vivo X300 FE features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

For photography, the Vivo X300 FE is also equipped with a triple camera setup on the back, which includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. On the front, it houses a 50-megapixel front camera.

The smartphone packs a large 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging, along with 40W wireless charging.
