The final episodes of ‘Bridgerton’ Season 4 Part 2 dropped on Netflix on February 26, and fans wasted no time sharing their reactions online. The latest chapter, inspired by Julia Quinn’s third novel ‘An Offer from a Gentleman,’ brings Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek’s love story to an emotional close while deepening other key arcs.

Bridgerton returned with its most anticipated episodes yet. All episodes in Part 2 run approximately 60 minutes. The season centers on Benedict and Sophie’s complicated romance, with showrunner and executive producer Jess Brownell describing Sophie as layered and strong. “Sophie in Season 4 is very similar to the Sophie in Julia Quinn’s book,” Brownell said. She added, “Sophie is not a normal damsel in distress in the book, nor is she in our season. ”
Social media quickly filled with praise, tears, and shock.
