Reflections on young talent
During one such college event, RJ Balaji shared his observations about working with young talent. As per Nakkheeran, he mentioned that his team includes assistant directors and writers as young as 22 or 23. Some of them directed parts of the film within just three or four months. He added that when asked about the experience, they admitted it was extremely stressful. Balaji compared this with his own 14-year-old son, noting that even his son noticed the same kind of stress in creative work.
Meeting Rajinikanth and learning dedication
RJ Balaji said that he, too, had a lucky supernatural experience that affected him greatly. He narrated that he met Rajinikanth two to three months prior to the shooting of the film and informed us that everyone knows the wonder that Rajinikanth is.
