Nothing has officially launched its most affordable smartphone yet in India – the Phone (3a) Lite. The new device brings the brand’s signature transparent design language and clean software experience to a lower price point, making it accessible to more consumers.

Pricing and Availability Details

The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite goes on sale starting December 5, 2025 across major retail channels including Flipkart, Vijay Sales, Croma, and offline stores.

Price breakdown:

Design and Display Features

The Phone (3a) Lite maintains Nothing’s distinctive transparent design aesthetic, though in a more subtle implementation. The device features a glass back with an aluminium internal frame that enhances structural durability.

The new Blue color option joins the existing Black and White variants, offering consumers more personalization choices.

Display specifications include:

  • 6.77-inch flexible AMOLED panel
  • FHD+ resolution with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate
  • Up to 3000 nits HDR brightness
  • 10-bit color depth with 2160Hz PWM dimming

Nothing has equipped the Phone (3a) Lite with a capable 50MP primary camera featuring the TrueLens Engine 4.0 processing. The large 1/1.57-inch Samsung sensor delivers improved low-light performance across various shooting modes including Night Mode, Ultra XDR, Macro, Portrait, and Motion Capture.

The camera supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while a 16MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

Performance and Software

Powering the device is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset built on a 4nm process. The processor is paired with 8GB of RAM and supports up to 16GB of virtual RAM expansion. Storage can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card.

Connectivity features include dual 5G support, WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3.

The phone runs Nothing OS 3.5 based on Android 15, featuring productivity enhancements like Private Space, Smart Drawer, App Locker, and offline Essential Search. Nothing commits to three years of Android updates and six years of security patches, with Nothing OS 4.0 scheduled for early 2026.

Battery and Charging

A substantial 5000mAh battery provides the power, supported by 33W fast charging that can deliver nearly 50% charge in approximately 20 minutes. The device also includes 5W reverse wired charging capability for accessories.

Thanks to optimized software and chipset efficiency, users can expect close to two days of mixed usage on a single charge.
