Vivo has officially confirmed the India launch of its premium X300 smartphone series on December 2, bringing the X300 and X300 Pro models to the market nearly two months after their global debut. Indian consumers will get an exclusive Red colour variant of the standard X300 model that won’t be available in other markets.
The launch event will be streamed on Vivo’s social channels and will introduce Zeiss 2.35X teleconverters designed to enhance smartphone zoom capabilities. However, the photography grip accessory showcased during the Chinese launch won’t be available in India initially.
Vivo X300 Specifications and Features
The Vivo X300 combines flagship performance with professional-grade camera hardware. It features a 6.31-inch flat BOE Q10 Plus LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate for smooth visuals and vibrant colours.
Performance is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, supported by up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The device is powered by a substantial 6,040mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging capabilities.
Security features include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, while durability is ensured through IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against water, dust, and high-pressure jets.
The camera system stands out with a triple-lens setup:

Battery capacity increases to 6,510mAh while retaining the 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support. The device includes the same ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and IP68/IP69 certification as the standard model.
Photography capabilities are enhanced with a different camera configuration:
