The Collins India Operations Center (CIOC) will manufacture over 70 aerospace products using cutting-edge technologies including artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, and robotics. The facility features an Industry 4.0 Building Management System designed to enhance production speed and quality.

Gullickson added that the center has incremental capacity to support future growth opportunities and evolving customer requirements.

The facility has achieved both LEED Silver and Indian Green Building Council Silver certifications, reflecting its commitment to environmental standards. The operations center is projected to create employment for more than 2,200 professionals by 2026.

Collins Aerospace has operated in India for nearly three decades, currently employing over 6,500 people across various functions. Earlier this year, the company established a new Engineering Development and Test Center in Bengaluru, further expanding its Indian footprint.
