Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, reported an impressive 84% surge in consolidated net profit to ₹3,199 crore for the second quarter ending September 30, 2025, compared to ₹1,742 crore in the same period last year.

While the company demonstrated strong profitability growth, total income saw a 6% year-on-year decline to ₹21,844 crore during the quarter. To support its next phase of growth and incubation projects, the company’s board approved a significant ₹25,000 crore rights issue aimed at strengthening its balance sheet.
