“This is a tragic and difficult incident for everyone,” the sheriff’s office stated. Authorities have not released the names of the deceased and say the investigation is ongoing with no details about a possible motive or suspect.

US Representative Nancy Mace expressed being “completely heartbroken” by the tragedy. “Our prayers are with the victims, their families, and everyone impacted by this horrific act of violence,” she wrote on X.
