Hailee Steinfeld revealed her marriage to Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has led to significant changes in her professional scheduling and lifestyle approach. The couple married in May, 2025 following two years of dating.
The 28-year-old actress explained to Variety in an interview published October 3 that Allen’s NFL schedule has influenced her career planning. “What we do is so unpredictable, and his job is on such a strict schedule,” Steinfeld stated. “So it’s actually a blessing—I try to organize my time so I can be where he is.”
With Allen, 29, currently playing in the NFL’s 2025 regular season, Steinfeld said she is taking time away from professional commitments to attend his games. “This time of year, I get to hunker down, slow down, support him and live life,” the Oscar nominee explained. “When the offseason rolls around, it’s go-time for me.”
Steinfeld acknowledged the lifestyle adjustment represents a departure from her previous work patterns. “I’ve never lived this part of life before—outside of my work,” she stated. “I’ve gotten a lot better at understanding what it means to slow down and to share that with someone.”
