Hardik Pandya spotted with rumoured girlfriend at Mumbai airport. Video goes viral

Superstar cricketer Hardik Pandya is making headlines over his rumoured relationship with model Mahieika Sharma after the duo was spotted together at Mumbai airport. Though neither has shared posts nor made official comments about their relationship on social media, this first public appearance together has fuelled speculation that the relationship may be official. It was also Hardik’s first public outing with a female companion since his divorce in 2024.

Videos shared by Viralbhayani, which have been widely circulated on social media, show Hardik and Mahieika arriving at the airport in the cricketer’s car. The pair appeared coordinated in black outfits and were seen walking together towards the terminal, exuding ease and familiarity. Their relaxed interaction drew attention from onlookers and media present at the airport.

The rumours of their relationship first began circulating online after a Reddit thread speculated that a selfie video featured a blurred male figure in the background resembling Pandya. Fans were quick to draw inferences from the viral airport footage.

WHO IS MAHEIAKA SHARMA

Mahieika Sharma is an Indian fashion model with several notable achievements to her name. According to her Instagram bio, she has been recognised with awards including IFA Model of the Year, GQ Best Dressed, India’s Next Supermodel, and Elle Model of the Season. Before entering the showbiz world, Sharma reportedly studied economics and finance. She has also been associated with prominent brands such as Uniqlo and Tanishq and has walked the ramp for celebrated designers including Manish Malhotra, Anita Dongre, and Tarun Tahilani.

Mahieka, speaking to Elle last year, said that after scoring a 10 CGPA in her 10th board exams, she told her parents she wanted to pursue modelling and acting instead of the science stream, despite their expectations of her becoming an engineer, doctor, or management consultant. Mahieka said she started modelling in local pageants, worked in music videos and short film roles while pursuing finance, and gradually built her social media presence. She mentioned that after graduating, despite having three job offers, she convinced her parents to let her pursue modelling full-time and had also completed her yoga teacher training, describing her journey as exciting and full of energy.

Hardik’s appearance with Mahieika comes months after his amicable separation from his former wife, Natasha Stankovic. The cricketer has largely kept his personal life private since the divorce, making this airport sighting one of the first public glimpses of him with his rumoured girlfriend.

Pandya’s divorce in 2024 attracted widespread attention, with the all-rounder speaking openly about the mutual nature of the split and their decision to co-parent their son, Agastya. In a joint statement, Hardik and Natasha said: “After four years of being together, Natasha and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest of both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect, and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew as a family.”

They added: “We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the centre of both our lives, and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness.”

Hardik has been out of international cricket since the Asia Cup. The all-rounder missed the Asia Cup final against Pakistan in September in Dubai due to a leg injury, which has also ruled him out of the upcoming white-ball series in Australia in October-November.
