Nothing Phone 4a India price leaked ahead of March 5 launch

Nothing is set to host its next product launch on March 5, where the company will introduce the much-teased Phone 4a in India. In the days leading up to the event, the brand has shared small glimpses of the device’s design and confirmed a few hardware details. Now, a new leak has surfaced online suggesting how much the upcoming Phone 4a series could cost in the Indian market.

Nothing Phone 4a India price leaked ahead of March 5 launch

According to tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata), the Nothing Phone 4a will arrive in India with a starting price of Rs 31,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The tipster also claims that the handset could be offered in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations. However, pricing for these higher storage variants has not been disclosed yet. It is important to note that the company has not officially confirmed these figures at the time of writing.

The same source further suggests that the Nothing Phone 4a Pro could start at around Rs 40,000 in India. While detailed specifications of the Pro model remain unclear, the tipster has indicated that it may feature a “polarising design”. If accurate, this could mean that Nothing is planning a bold visual approach, something the brand has consistently leaned into since its first smartphone.

For comparison, the Nothing Phone 3a was introduced in March last year at Rs 22,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the Phone 3a Pro was launched at Rs 27,999 for the same configuration. If the new pricing leak turns out to be correct, the Phone 4a lineup would represent a notable price increase over the previous generation.

On the specifications front, Nothing has already confirmed that the Phone 4a series will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets. Reports indicate that the standard Phone 4a could run on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor. The device is also expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. In terms of battery, the phone may pack a 5,400mAh unit with support for 50W wired fast charging.

Camera details have also started surfacing online. The Nothing Phone 4a is tipped to include UFS 3.1 storage and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom. If this combination materialises, it could make the handset more competitive in its segment, particularly for users who prioritise zoom photography.

Design teasers shared by the company reveal that the Phone 4a will be available in Pink and White colour options. The images show a triple rear camera setup along with the brand’s signature transparent rear panel. The overall look appears to stay in line with Nothing’s existing design language, though the final details will only be clear at launch.

The Nothing Phone 4a series will debut in India and select global markets on March 5. The company has confirmed that the devices will be sold through Flipkart in India. While the brand has only officially acknowledged the standard Phone 4a so far, the rumour mill suggests that the Pro model could also make an appearance at the same event.

With just days to go before the launch, the leaked pricing has added fresh interest around the lineup. Whether the final India prices match these early claims will be known once Nothing makes its announcement official.
