This means, there is a tight contest between the two main parties with no clear edge to any of them.
Congress-led UDF may get around 63–74 seats with 41–43% vote share while CPI(M)-led LDF may get 58–70 seats with 40–42% vote share. BJP / NDA may get 2-5 seats with 12-15% vote share.

On the other hand, the United Democratic Front (UDF) consists of the Indian National Congress, Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), Kerala Congress (Joseph), Kerala Congress (Jacob), and Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP – UDF faction).

Kerala Assembly Voter Turnout 2026
The Kerala Assembly Elections 2026 recorded a voter turnout of about 78.13%. This was higher than 2021 (74.06%) and among the highest turnouts in the state’s history.
