The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has declared the Class 10 (SSC) results for the March 2026 examination, recording a pass percentage of 94.51%. The results indicate a stable performance trend, with a high success rate among students across the state.
A total of 20,618 students appeared for the SSC examination this year. Out of these, 19,486 candidates have successfully passed, reflecting the overall pass percentage of 94.51%. The figures suggest consistent academic outcomes, with most students clearing the examination in the first attempt.
The results also show a continued pattern in gender-wise performance.
Girls have once again outperformed boys, registering a pass percentage of 96.51%. In comparison, boys recorded a pass percentage of 94.37%. The gap, though not wide, continues the trend observed in previous years, where girls maintain a marginal lead in board examinations.
Officials from the board indicated that the evaluation process was completed on schedule, allowing timely declaration of results.
Schools are expected to provide mark sheets to students in the coming days, while digital access to results remains available through official platforms.
With the results now declared, students will begin the next phase of academic planning, including admission to higher secondary courses.
The board is also expected to release detailed statistics, including subject-wise performance and district-level data, in subsequent updates.
