Lodha Developers Announces ₹14,000 Crore Expansion Plan
Real estate major Lodha Developers Ltd has unveiled plans to launch 15 new housing projects worth ₹14,000 crore during the second half of FY26, marking one of the largest residential development initiatives in recent times.
Key Project Details
- Launch Scale: 15 projects across key markets
- Investment: ₹14,000 crore total value
- Area: 10 million square feet of developable space
- Markets: Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and Bengaluru
The Mumbai-based developer, one of India’s leading real estate companies, revealed these expansion plans through its latest investor presentation.
Strong Financial Performance
Lodha Developers has maintained robust growth momentum with pre-sales increasing 7% year-on-year to ₹4,570 crore in Q2 FY26. For the first half of the fiscal year, pre-sales reached ₹9,020 crore, representing an 8% increase compared to the same period last year.
“Significant launches planned in H2 across cities, on track to meet our FY26 pre-sales guidance of ₹21,000 crore,” the presentation stated.
Strategic Focus Areas
The company emphasized its strategy to enhance sales from ongoing residential projects rather than relying solely on new launches to achieve its annual pre-sales target of ₹21,000 crore for FY26.
Market Expansion Plans
In a significant strategic move, Lodha Developers is planning its entry into the Delhi-NCR market, with its first project likely to be launched in Gurugram on a pilot basis.
Track Record and Portfolio
With an impressive delivery record of 110 million square feet of real estate completed so far, the company currently has over 130 million square feet under development across its ongoing and planned portfolio.
