The final week of February has brought a strong set of new South Indian OTT arrivals which offer movie buffs a mix of comedy, crime, horror, and emotional drama. Here let’s take a look at a few of the new south OTT releases you can watch this week or in the coming days.
‘BMW’ OTT release
One of the key releases is BMW, which has begun streaming on Zee5. The film’s digital rights were acquired earlier, and an initial release date of February 13, 2026 had been planned. The premiere was later postponed for undisclosed reasons. Updated tracking reports now confirm that the film started streaming on February 20. It is available in five languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
The narrative follows Ram Sathyanarayana who is a liquor businessman played by Ravi Teja. His daily life grows chaotic as he balances complicated equations with two women—his wife Balamani, portrayed by Dimple Hayati, and Manasa, played by Ashika Ranganath.
‘Roslin’ out on OTT
Another highly awaited title is Secret Stories: Roslin, which premiered on Jio Hotstar on February 27. The series will stream in seven languages, with Malayalam as the original and dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali and Marathi.
Filmmaker Jeethu Joseph posted a video confirming the streaming date. The director, currently working on Drishyam 3, announced the update on Instagram.
Actor Meena also appeared in a video message, saying, “Hello everyone.
My first ever Malayalam web series Roslin will be streaming from this Friday onwards. Don’t miss it. ” ‘Roslin’ is promised to be an intense thriller that you can bingewatch.
‘Paathirathri’ streams
The thriller ‘Paathirathri’ began streaming on February 20, according to updates from OTT Play. The post-theatrical digital rights are also held by Zee5.
The film follows police officers Hareesh and Jancy Kurian during what begins as a routine night patrol. Events soon shift into disturbing territory. Their experiences place their careers, personal relationships and even their lives under threat. The film stars Navya Nair and Soubin Shahir in the lead.
‘Honey’ brings supernatural tension
The horror drama ‘Honey’ is set to premiere on February 27. Reports from 123 Telugu state that Sun NXT has acquired the digital rights and locked the date. The film will also stream on Amazon Prime Video.
The story deals with superstition and moral dilemmas. The character Anand, played by Naveen Chandra, is familiar with occult practices and financial struggles push him toward a troubling plan involving his daughter. His choices pull the family into darker territory. Divya Pillai, Raja Ravindra and Devi play significant roles.
