Red Dead Redemption Comes to Mobile and Next-Gen Consoles
Rockstar Games has announced that Red Dead Redemption and its Undead Nightmare expansion will launch on December 2, 2025, for iOS, Android, Netflix, and next-generation consoles. This marks the franchise’s debut on mobile platforms.

The update delivers smoother performance, new features, and backward compatibility with existing save files, allowing more players to experience John Marston’s story.
Platform-Specific Performance
PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions will support 60fps, HDR, and up to 4K resolution. Nintendo Switch 2 will feature DLSS support, HDR, mouse controls, and smooth 60fps gameplay.
Subscription Availability
Both titles will join the GTA+ Games Library and PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue starting December 2. Netflix subscribers can access the games as part of their membership.
The complete editions include all single-player content from Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare, plus bonus material from the Game of the Year Edition. Development was handled in partnership with and Cast Iron Games.
