Karan Aujla responds to ‘worst concert ever’ backlash in Mumbai with a night show tease: ‘Bombay, I think we need…’

Punjabi star Karan Aujla is dominating the news during his P-Pop Culture World Tour’s India stretch. He launched the run with an electrifying gig in Delhi, then rocked Mumbai and Pune. Delhi and Pune crowds were thrilled, but Mumbai’s event sparked outrage over poor organization, fans labeled it the “worst concert ever. “

Now, Karan has subtly clapped back at the backlash in a social media update, teasing a Mumbai encore.

Karan Aujla’s holi show disaster

On Holi, March 3, Karan Aujla performed for Mumbai fans. Yet, the daytime concert fell flat with the crowd. Once it ended, many vented about poor management and voiced their frustration. Viral clips revealed fans complaining that sprinklers were restricted to the Fan Zone, denying VIP and General areas any cooling. Others pointed to disorganization causing endless water lines, with reports of people fainting and battling heatstroke in the scorching heat.

One fan slammed the organizers, noting she hardly caught a glimpse of Aujla’s performance due to missing big screens and a stage that seemed too distant, even from VIP spots.

Karan Aujla’s jet-set clapback

Karan Aujla headed to Pune right after Mumbai for his next gig on the same day. Following the show, he fired back subtly at the online uproar via Instagram Story. Sharing a pic in front of his private plane, he dropped a hint about a Mumbai follow-up, writing: “Bombay, I think we need to add a night concert. Team Innovation, y’all coming back stronger or what???

Details like the date and venue remain under wraps, but the post has fans hyped nonetheless.

Karan Aujla’s full tour schedule

Meanwhile, Karan kicked off his tour on February 28. Having hit Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune, he’s lined up for Chandigarh on March 14, Indore on March 21, and Bengaluru on March 29. Next stops include Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, and Lucknow, wrapping up in Ludhiana on April 12.
