All Resident Evil Requiem puzzles and solutions

Resident Evil Requiem brings back the original survival-horror gameplay with a strong focus on puzzles, exploration, and managing resources carefully. As players switch between Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy, solving riddles becomes a big component of moving forward, especially in the Care Center and ARK parts.

The game asks players to pay attention to clues in the environment and documents, from symbol-based puzzle boxes to blood sample analyzers and safe codes. Many problems are the same no matter how hard they are, although safe codes differ on Insanity mode. This is a full list of all the main puzzles in Resident Evil Requiem and how to solve them.

All Resident Evil Requiem puzzles with solutions

1. One of the earliest puzzle challenges is the Chairman’s Office Puzzle Box. Players must find a pencil in a nearby room and shade a notebook to reveal the correct symbols.

Solution: Moon – Sun – Star – Moon.

You get a key jewel for finishing this puzzle that you can use later to open the Central Door.

2. Another important puzzle is found in the Lead Researcher’s Office. The box is locked, so players must first obtain Corrosive from the Conference Room to melt the padlock.

Clues appear in photos around the office.

Solution: Star – Sun – Moon – Sun.

This opens up more items and documents that are needed to move ahead later.

3. The Security Manager’s Office Puzzle Box works slightly differently. Instead of solving it manually, players must interact with notes and bring Emily to the room. She solves the braille puzzle automatically after a short sequence, granting the Star Quartz needed for the main door.

4. The Organ Transport Box is another puzzle that has more than one phase. Players need to look at the item in their inventory and change the switches in a certain order.

Solution: Turn the box, open the back panel, set the switch to HAND, move the right switch to the middle, press Button 5 then Button 2, and return the switch to AUTO.

5. Several Analyzer Blood Specimen puzzles appear throughout the Care Center. These require selecting specific grid squares:

  • Denatured: Left middle square

  • Converged: Top middle, then second from bottom

  • Reversible: Bottom left → middle → top right → second from top

  • Polymerized (Insanity only): Middle left → middle right → middle bottom

6. The VIP Suite Double Helix puzzle is simpler. Players must rotate a wine bottle to find a hidden helix model and insert it into the lectern.

Lastly, a lot of safes in the game need codes to open. Some examples are:

  • Examination Room: Right 30 → Left 10 → Right 50

  • Basement: Right 60 → Left 40 → Right 80

  • Sterilization Chamber: Right 10 → Left 90 → Right 20

  • Monitor Control Room: Left 50 → Right 60 → Left 80

After collecting the Moon, Sun, and Star Quartz from puzzle boxes, players can unlock the Central Door, opening new areas of the story.

In general, the puzzles in Resident Evil Requiem are a good mix of old-school Resident Evil design with modern mechanics. To solve them quickly, you need to explore carefully, study notes, and go back to places.
