Lenovo AI Glasses V1 Launch: Real-Time Translation, Specs & Price

Key Takeaways

  • Lenovo AI Glasses V1 launch with real-time translation, priced at 3,999 yuan.
  • Ultra-lightweight at 38 grams with 4-hour battery life and fast charging.
  • Currently Android-only; iOS compatibility under consideration.

Lenovo has unveiled its AI Glasses V1, featuring real-time language translation and a remarkably lightweight design of just 38 grams. The smart glasses will be available for purchase on JD.com starting Sunday, priced at 3,999 yuan (approximately 18,220 baht).

Display and Design

The glasses feature a Diffraction Light Waveguide display made from resin, delivering up to 2,000 nits brightness. With lenses just 1.8mm thick and a 15x11mm viewing area, they maintain sharp image clarity during head movement. The lightweight construction reduces pressure on the nose and ears for comfortable extended wear.

AI Features and Audio

Powered by Lenovo’s Tianxi Intelligent Assistant, the glasses enable voice commands, AI navigation, and instant language translation displayed directly on the lenses. Users can configure displays for single or both lenses. Dual microphones support hands-free calling, while dual stereo speakers provide audio output.

Presentation and Control Features

A dedicated teleprompter mode assists presenters by displaying scripts during presentations. When paired with Lenovo’s Smart Ring, users can advance slides while viewing their script or control features via touch panels on both temples.

Battery Performance

The device offers up to four hours of continuous use, extending to 8-10 hours in teleprompter mode. During language translation or music playback at maximum brightness and volume, battery life reduces to 2.6 hours. A full charge takes approximately 40 minutes, with standby lasting up to 250 hours.

Connectivity and Future Updates

Currently, the Lenovo AI Glasses V1 only supports Android connectivity. Future updates will determine whether will be added for Apple device users.
