Most of us think that persistent chest pains, shortness of breath usually signal towards heart related troubles, to some extent, yes, they can be but there is one other symptom that is often dismissed, because it is easier to pass as a symptom for any other common health problem, and that is sudden or unexplained drop in the energy.

One might think fatigue could be the underlying cause, maybe feeling a little worn out due to a busy day, could be the reason but, it can also happen because the heart muscle is not receiving enough oxygen, to keep up with the body’s demand for energy.

If regular workout is not your thing, start by taking short walk after meals. Even 10 to 15 minutes of walking daily can reduce stress and improve circulation.

Priortize sleep and manage stress

Aim for consistent sleep by going to bed early, waking up at the same time each day. Incorporate breathing exercises, meditation, yoga to manage stress.

Small adjustments are all that’s needed for a healthy heart. Give the body the nourishment it requires to thrive. Remember, consistency matters more than perfection!
