Cardi B vs Nicki twitter war; Stefon Diggs chooses not to involve

Stefon Diggs has remained silent amid an explosive social media feud between rappers Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, despite being mentioned in controversial remarks by Minaj. The New England Patriots wide receiver maintained focus on his upcoming game against the Buffalo Bills rather than addressing the online dispute.

According to Boston.com, Diggs opened up about facing his former team but avoided commenting on the rapper feud or related personal matters that have surfaced online.

Diggs addressed the emotional aspect of returning to Buffalo to face his former teammates. “I spent so much time there. I built a lot of bonds, a lot of friendships. So, it’s obviously going to be hard and emotional. For me, I look forward to going back seeing those guys…” Diggs stated.

The Patriots star player added, “It’s just the nature of the business. I’m not in control of nothing…”

The Patriots-Bills matchup was scheduled for Sunday, October 5, at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC, with streaming available on NFL Plus and Peacock.

Nicki Minaj and Cardi B social media exchange

On October 2, 2025, Nicki Minaj posted on X (formerly Twitter) at 12:33 a.m., making explicit comments that referenced Stefon Diggs while insulting Cardi B. The post, which received 28,700 likes, included profane language and personal attacks directed at Cardi B.

Cardi B responded with her own post stating: “Like damn how you pressed over an album you ain’t got hit in or mentioned in… b**** feelings hurt cause I ain’t paid her no attention!! You haven’t even cut your f***** kid cake.. my god it’s 6 o clock in LA. You must’ve took your first line of the day..”

The exchange between the two Grammy-winning artists continued for several hours before both parties paused their online feud.

Stefon Diggs avoids online drama focus

Despite being dragged into the dispute, Diggs has completely avoided commenting on the Cardi B-Nicki Minaj feud publicly. The NFL player has also declined to comment on related personal matters, including Cardi B’s pregnancy, which has raised questions among fans.

Diggs has been involved in unspecified legal matters but has refused to publicly address those issues as well, maintaining his focus on his professional football career with the Patriots.

Diggs prioritizes field performance over social media

The article noted that Diggs appeared completely focused on the new NFL season as he prepared to face the Buffalo Bills. His approach emphasized keeping priorities on field performance rather than engaging with online controversies or personal disputes involving public figures.
