CMF Watch 3 Pro launched with AMOLED display and 13-day battery life, price is Rs 7,999

Nothing’s spin-off brand CMF has launched its latest wearable, the CMF Watch 3 Pro in India. The Watch 3 Pro replaces the Watch 2 Pro launched two years ago in the company’s line-up. The smartwatch comes with some notable upgrades, including ChatGPT voice support and advanced health tracking.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro has been on sale in international markets since July last year, and now Nothing has brought it to our shores.

Before we delve into everything you get with the new CMF wearable, do note that India Today Tech will be sharing a full review of the Watch 3 Pro soon.

CMF Watch 3 Pro design

The Watch 3 Pro comes with a metal body with a circular display, similar to the Watch 2 Pro. Though you no longer get a swappable panel around the display, it is fixed now.

You can buy the CMF Watch 3 Pro in four different colours – Dark Grey, Light Green, Light Grey and Orange. All models come with a single 36.2mm dial size. Do note that while the Dark Grey variant we have has a sleek bezel with CMF by Nothing branding, the Orange variant comes with grooves at various points, mimicking hour markers. Also, the Light Grey variant comes with more circular edges on the bezels, instead of the flat ones on other models.

CMF Watch 3 Pro

The CMF Watch 3 Pro comes with a fixed bezel.

When it comes to the controls, the Watch 3 Pro comes with a single crown. You can press on the crown to go back or rotate it to scroll through the UI. The smartwatch gets a pair of swappable silicon straps in the box. The CMF Watch 3 Pro has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

CMF Watch 3 Pro display and battery

The Watch 3 Pro packs a 1.43-inch AMOLED display. You get a 466 x 466 pixels resolution with 326ppi pixel density. The typical brightness is set at 650nits with a peak brightness of 670nits. Do wait for our full review to find out how the screen performs in day-to-day use.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro supports Always-On Display with more than 120 watch faces accessible by the Nothing X app. You can also create your own watch faces, with photos, videos or even create covers with AI.

The wearable packs a 350mAh battery, which CMF says can last up to 13 days with typical use. The company claims that the smartwatch can last up to 10 days with heavy use, around 4.5 days with the Always-On Display turned on.

The company says a full charge with the proprietary charger takes about 99 to 100 minutes. Do note that the charger connects to the watch magnetically.

CMF Watch 3 Pro health and AI features

On the health side, the Watch 3 Pro supports heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen or SpO2 tracking, as well as stress monitoring. You also get features such as step counting and sleep tracking.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro also offers guided breathing sessions, alerts over inactivity and hydration reminders. CMF says it has used a new optical sensor that delivers up to 7 per cent more accurate readings during exercise and up to 3 per cent more accurate readings at rest compared with the previous generation.

The smartwatch also comes with various modes for workouts and sports, including a personalised AI coach. The Watch 3 Pro also supports ChatGPT voice.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro supports Bluetooth 5.3. The smartwatch works with devices running Android 6.0 and above, and iOS 13 and later, through the Nothing X app. Other features include Bluetooth calling, message notifications, quick replies, music and camera controls.

CMF Watch 3 Pro launch and price in India

The CMF Watch 3 Pro goes on sale in India on May 8 at 12 pm on Flipkart and retail channels. Though early access sale starts a day earlier, on May 7.

The Watch 3 Pro is priced at Rs 7,999. You can get the smartwatch for Rs 6,999 as part of launch offers. Do note that the Watch 2 Pro was launched in India at Rs 4,999.
