Jaipur’s historic Walled City, inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019, is facing growing pressure that could threaten its prestigious status if corrective action is not taken. The Walled City of Jaipur was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II.
