Vivo X300 Pro specifications (Expected)

Vivo X300 Pro is said to offer a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device may come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and a dedicated V3 Plus imaging chip. It could feature up to 16GB RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The device may come backed by a 7,000 mAh battery and support 90W fast charging. It runs on Android 16-based skin out of the box.

Speaking of the optics, the device could feature a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 200-megapixel APO telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera. The device may support 4K 120FPS video recording, Dolby Vision HDR, and 10-bit Log recording.

According to reports, the Vivo X300 Pro may be priced at around Rs 99,999 in India. The device may launch in December. While the official dates remain under wraps, the device may debut between December 5 and 15, 2025.
