Godrej Properties has surpassed its business development guidance for FY26, exceeding the Rs 20,000 crore target through the acquisition of a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur. This marks the company’s third strategic acquisition in Nagpur within four years.

The land is strategically positioned near the Samruddhi Mahamarg Expressway connecting Nagpur to Mumbai and close to MIHAN SEZ. It offers excellent connectivity to the Nagpur-Hyderabad Highway and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport.

Market Response
Following the announcement, Godrej Properties shares saw a marginal increase of 0.24% to Rs 2,129 at market opening. However, the stock has declined nearly 4% over the past five trading sessions.
