DDA Housing Scheme 2025: Book Delhi’s Tallest Tower Flats from Oct 31

DDA Launches Delhi’s Tallest Residential Tower in Karkardooma

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced its premium Housing Scheme 2025, featuring 1,026 luxury apartments in a 48-story tower – set to become Delhi’s tallest residential building at 155 meters.

Key Highlights

  • Registration opens: October 31, 2025
  • Price range: ₹1.78 crore to ₹3.09 crore
  • Flat sizes: 1,542 to 2,690 square feet
  • Location: Karkardooma, East Delhi

Project Details and Timeline

The DDA Towering Heights project marks a significant milestone in Delhi’s urban development. Property bookings under this scheme will begin on October 31, 2025, and close on November 21, 2025.

The final deposit deadline is November 24, 2025, with successful applicants announced during the e-auction scheduled from December 1-4, 2025.

Payment Structure

Successful bidders must pay 75% of the flat price upfront, with the remaining 25% due by July 2026 when possession is expected.

Prime Location and Connectivity

The 30-hectare East Delhi Hub is being developed as a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project, integrating residential, commercial, and civic spaces around a metro hub.

The project benefits from excellent connectivity, being located near Karkardooma Interchange Metro Station (Blue and Pink Lines), with access to NH-9, NH-24, and Anand Vihar ISBT railway station.

Premium Amenities and Construction

Built using Mivan shuttering technology with gypsum plaster finish, the tower promises superior quality and durability. Residents will enjoy extensive amenities including:

  • 20,000-square-meter green belt
  • Jogging track and open-air gym
  • Children’s play area
  • Badminton court and multi-purpose arena

This project represents a rare opportunity for homebuyers seeking premium living spaces in the heart of East Delhi.
