Vivo V70 FE launched in India with 200MP camera and 7,000mAh battery: Specs, priceĀ 

Vivo has launched the Vivo V70 FE in India on April 2, marking the third addition to the V70 series, which already includes the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite. This is a mid-range smartphone which was already launched in Indonesia last month. The device features a 200-megapixel camera and is designed to withstand water immersion of up to 1.5 metres for as long as 120 minutes. It will be available in two colour options and is set to go on sale from April 9 via Amazon.

Vivo V70 FE known specs and features

The Vivo V70 FE features a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6. The company has also promised to provide up to six years of security updates.

For photography, the smartphone is equipped with a 200-megapixel primary camera, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. On the front, it houses a 50-megapixel punch-hole camera for selfies and video calls.

The device is backed by a 7,000mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging, which the company claims can fully charge the phone in around 60 minutes. For biometric authentication, it carries an in-display fingerprint sensor.

In terms of audio and durability, the handset comes with symmetrical dual speakers supported by Gaming HyperSense Audio technology. It also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with support for underwater photography. According to the company, the device can withstand submersion in up to 1.5 metres of water for up to 120 minutes and endure up to 48 hours of rain exposure.

Additionally, the smartphone includes a Private Space mode, which creates a secure, encrypted environment for storing sensitive files, photos, and apps, accessible only through authentication.

Vivo V70 FE Price and availability

The Vivo V70 FE comes in three configurations: 8GB RAM and 128GB storage at Rs 37,999. The mid-tier 8GB/256GB at Rs 40,999, and the top-of-the-line 12GB/256GB at Rs 44,999.

The smartphone will be available for purchase via Amazon and the Vivo India website starting April 9 in two colour options: Monsoon Blue and Northern Lights Purple.
