According to Global Box Office data, the trailer crossed 500 million views within hours, surpassing GTA 6, which recorded around 475 million views in its first day. Official consolidated figures from Sony are still awaited, but the early numbers point to strong global engagement with the film’s debut footage.

The nearly three-minute trailer offers a first look at Tom Holland’s return as Peter Parker after several years and hints at a storyline that continues from the events of No Way Home, where the character’s identity was erased from public memory.
The footage also includes appearances from several Marvel characters, including Jon Bernthal as The Punisher, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, and Michael Mando returning as Scorpion.
