Phone (4a) Series sets Day 1 sale record on Flipkart in Rs 30,000 plus segment, says Flipkart

The Nothing Phone 4a series is now on sale in India. The lineup includes two devices – the Phone 4a and the Phone 4a Pro. And apparently both phones are finding takers in some record numbers, or so say Nothing and Flipkart. As the two phones went on sale, Nothing says that they have set the Day 1 sale record on Flipkart for over Rs 30,000 segment.

Nothing India President Akis Evangelidis marked the moment by revealing on X a message he had received about the performance of the two phones on the Day 1. The screenshot he shared showed messages he received, likely from someone at Flipkart. The person claims that the Phone 4a series hit the record for the most sales on Day 1 for its price segment.

The person wrote, “We have started off really well. In 30K+ segment highest ever sellout online.” Akis tagged the e-commerce platform in the post, stating, “Today we are writing history.”

In recent months, Nothing has doubled down on its presence in India. Last month, it opened a flagship store in Bengaluru.
