With Sabonis and LaVine out, the team depends on DeMar DeRozan, Keegan Murray, and Malik Monk. Maxime Raynaud is expected to play at center.

Houston Rockets also has injuries, but their core group is available.

Houston is 35-21 and third in the Western Conference. Sacramento is 12-46 (or 13-46 in some updates) and last in the standings. The Kings are on a 16-game losing streak.

Houston leads in scoring, rebounding, and defense. Sacramento ranks near the bottom in most categories and allows over 121 points per game.

Sacramento has won two of the three meetings this season. They won on January 11 (111-98) and December 21 (125-124 in overtime). Houston won on December 3 (121-95). All-time, the Rockets lead 142-103.

Houston has the advantage, especially inside. Without Sabonis, Sacramento may struggle to defend in the paint. Sengun and Durant are expected to lead the scoring.

For Sacramento, DeRozan and Murray need strong games to keep it close. If Houston controls rebounds and pace, the game could get away from the Kings early.
