Myles Garrett is locked in with the Cleveland Browns on paper, but people still keep asking the same question, does he see his long-term future there? The star defensive end signed a record deal that made him the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history.
That contract ties him to the Browns, and trade options are limited because of its structure.
Still, Garrett recently looked Micah Parsons in the eye and said he wants to win a Super Bowl and be Super Bowl MVP. That comment sparked fresh talk about whether he truly believes that can happen in Cleveland. At the same time, his girlfriend, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, is facing big decisions of her own after another Winter Games appearance.
So while rumors swirl around football, Garrett’s personal life is also moving forward.

Garrett has spent nine seasons with the Cleveland Browns. In that time, he has played in only three playoff games. The team has struggled for consistency, especially at quarterback.
Even after Garrett recorded 23 sacks in a single season one of the best marks in recent years, the Browns won just five games.
His contract makes a trade very difficult in the short term.
Still, some believe the Dallas Cowboys should try. Garrett grew up in Arlington, Texas, and has spoken in the past about being a Cowboys fan.
On FS1’s First Things First, analyst Willie Colon made his view clear. He said, “If I’m the Cowboys, you sell your soul, and you go get Myles Garrett.” Colon added, “Whatever I got to do, get Myles Garrett in the building.”
At the moment, though, there is no confirmed trade request.
Garrett remains under contract, and the Browns have given no public sign that they plan to move him.
Away from football, Garrett has been supporting Chloe Kim. Kim recently competed at the Winter Olympics and won a silver medal in the halfpipe, finishing behind South Korea’s Choi Gaon.
After the event, she spoke honestly about her future. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Kim said, “I’d love to start a family.
My mom had me when she was young. I’d love to be a young mom. My dad’s 70 right now. There’s so much time, but also not enough time. ”
Those words show she is thinking beyond competition. Garrett, meanwhile, continues training while balancing personal time. For now, his goal remains clear, he wants a championship. Whether that happens in Cleveland is still the big question.
