Venue and Schedule Breakdown
The tournament will be hosted across two cities. Navi Mumbai’s DY Patil Stadium will stage the first 11 matches, including two Saturday double-headers. The action then shifts to Vadodara’s Kotambi Stadium for the remainder of the tournament, including the Eliminator on February 3 and the final.
According to WPL chairman Jayesh George, all matches except the first game on double-header days will be evening fixtures.

Holding the WPL in January-February is a strategic move to avoid clashes with major international cricket. This ensures all franchises can field their strongest possible teams. The final week coincides with the conclusion of the men’s Under-19 World Cup and the start of the men’s T20 World Cup.

Defending champions will target a third title in four WPL editions. and Delhi Capitals, consistent final-stage performers, will be looking to go all the way. Delhi Capitals have finished as runners-up in all three previous seasons, while Gujarat Giants and UP Warriorz are yet to reach the final.
