Following the tribute, the official celebrations proceeded at Kartavya Path where President Murmu presided over the flag unfurling for the 77th Republic Day.

The 2024 parade was distinguished by the presence of French President Emmanuel Macron as the Chief Guest, highlighting the strategic partnership between the two nations.
