The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has published the OPSC OCS Notification 2026, providing an opportunity for 465 highly sought-after Group A and B vacancies. The advertisement (Advt No. 05 of 2025, 26) announces that recruitment for various Group A and B posts will be done through the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) examination. The posts include Odisha Police Service (Junior Branch), Odisha Administrative Service, Odisha Revenue Service, Taxation & Accounts Service, Labour Service, Excise Service, and Tourism Service.
Out of the total number of vacancies, 104 have been earmarked for women candidates to ensure equal representation.
Candidates should be between 21 and 38 years of age and have a graduation degree. The recruitment process is divided into three stages: Preliminary Examination, Mains, and Interview. The candidates who qualify will be offered handsome pay packages; Group A posts will get Rs 56,100/- per month and Group B posts Rs 44,900/- per month.
