Struggling with back pain? This 8-minute morning fix can help

Back Pain Relief: Back pain has now become common even among young people. Experts say that long sitting hours, poor posture, lack of exercise, and stress are major reasons behind this growing problem. If you often wake up with stiffness or soreness in your lower back, a simple 8-minute morning routine can help reduce discomfort and improve flexibility.

Health specialists suggest starting the day with light stretching and mobility exercises. Gentle movements improve blood circulation, relax tight muscles, and reduce inflammation. Regular practice can strengthen the spine-supporting muscles and prevent recurring pain.

Simple exercises like the knee-to-chest stretch, the cat-cow stretch, pelvic tilts, and light back extensions can be done at home without any equipment. The key is consistency. Doing these stretches daily, especially in the morning, can make a noticeable difference in reducing back stiffness and improving posture over time.

However, experts also advise that if the pain is severe, persistent, or accompanied by numbness or weakness, medical consultation is necessary. Morning exercises can help in mild to moderate cases, but chronic back pain requires proper diagnosis and treatment.
