Yash’s ‘Toxic’ locks power-packed music trio: Ravi Basrur, Vishal Mishra and Tanishk Bagchi lead the album

Yash’s upcoming action drama ‘Toxic’ has once again become the centre of industry attention after the announcement that its music rights have been acquired for a massive price.

Geetu Mohandas’ directorial is one of the most awaited releases of 2026 and is scheduled to hit theatres on March 19.

Many fans strongly believe Yash will be seen in a dual role with one in bearded look and one in clean shaved look.

Music rights across multiple languages

According to a report shared on Twitter, “YASH – KVN – ZEE MUSIC JOIN FORCES FOR ‘TOXIC’ MUSIC RIGHTS… In a landmark collaboration, #ZeeMusicCompany has acquired the music rights of #Toxic, starring #Yash. ” The deal covers all major languages, including Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.

A powerful multi-composer musical lineup

The film boasts contributions from Ravi Basrur, Vishal Mishra and Tanishk Bagchi.

Ravi Basrur, who worked closely with Yash on ‘KGF’ is handling one song and the entire background score.

Vishal Mishra is contributing four songs while Tanishk Bagchi is composing one track along with Arslan Nizami and Faheem Abdullah. The report adds, “#RaviBasrur – one song and the background score. #VishalMishra – four songs. #TanishkBagchi – one song, co-composed with #Arslan Nizami and #FaheemAbdullah.”

Fans celebrate the collaboration

Social media has erupted with excitement after the announcement.

One fan wrote, “audio game already won. ” Another user reacted to the deal by saying, “#Toxic is going to blow up the box office on March 19. Watch out team Dhurandhar. #Yash boss is going to give you sleepless nights. ”

Many others discussed the strength of the musical lineup. A third viral comment stated, “One song + BGM by Ravi Basrur. Four tracks by Vishal Mishra. A mass banger by Tanishk Bagchi. This soundtrack is built for repeat value.

The music will trend long before release day. ” Another reaction read, “The trio has delivered a blockbuster in 2025 lets see what they have cooked this time. ”

‘Toxic’ features a strong ensemble with Rukmini Vasanth, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi and Tara Sutaria playing important roles. The film is being shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, and will receive dubbed versions in several languages.
