Viewers who discovered the unauthorised upload alerted the director and his team and urged the platform to remove the pirated content to protect the film’s theatrical run.
The film, running nearly four hours, has drawn significant attention since its release. Fans expressed concern that the leak could impact box office collections, prompting a quick response from YouTube to remove the video after several reports. The film, which is about to complete two weeks in theatres, is inching towards the Rs 1,500-crore mark globally and is still going strong at the box office.
Several social media users tagged Aditya Dhar, requesting him to take action against the piracy. One user posted on X about their appreciation for the film’s storytelling and cinematography, emphasising their desire to see it succeed commercially without disruption.
