“He was working for a company called Mirafra Technologies. He was under immense pressure due to the toxic work environment. He was forced to work for 12-14 hours a day and was even asked to work on weekends. He was not given any leave despite being unwell,” she wrote.

In a shocking detail, she revealed that Pradeep’s phone received a text from his office hours after he passed away, asking him to join a meeting.

“He died on May 15 due to a heart attack. Hours after his death, he received a text message from his office asking him to join a meeting. This shows how insensitive the company is,” she added.

Company’s Response

Mirafra Technologies issued a statement expressing sadness over the loss.
