“He was working for a company called Mirafra Technologies. He was under immense pressure due to the toxic work environment. He was forced to work for 12-14 hours a day and was even asked to work on weekends. He was not given any leave despite being unwell,” she wrote.

“He died on May 15 due to a heart attack. Hours after his death, he received a text message from his office asking him to join a meeting. This shows how insensitive the company is,” she added.

Company’s Response

Mirafra Technologies issued a statement expressing sadness over the loss.

“We are deeply saddened by the sudden demise of our colleague Pradeep N. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. We are in touch with the family and are providing all possible support during this difficult time,” the company said.
