Google Pixel 10a is now official in India. It is the latest smartphone in the company’s Pixel 10 lineup and is tipped as the ‘most durable A-series smartphone’ in the A-series. The smartphone aims to deliver the premium Pixel experience without the premium price. While the phone offers largely the same set of specifications as the Pixel 9a, there are some key differences that may push people to get the latest model. Both the phones combining clean Android software with cameras and a bunch of AI features that have become the gold standard for mid-range value. Google Pixel 9a vs Pixel 10a price
Google Pixel 10a price in India is Rs 49,999 and the Google Pixel 9a is currently available at a price of Rs 39,999. Both the phone can be purchased from Flipkart and Google online stores as well as offline partners. The smartphone is available for pre-order and will go on sale in India from March 6 in Lavender, Obsidian, Fog and Berry colour options.
Google Pixel 10a is also a part of the Google Pixel Upgrade Program – which is an affordability program launched in December 2025 for the Pixel 10 series in India. This program enables Google Pixel ownership via a zero down payment and zero interest, low monthly installment plan, with the option to upgrade to the newest Pixel phone after 9 EMI payments, regardless of the old phone’s condition.
Pixel 9a is not included in this programme. Also, it is available in Iris, Porcelain and Obsidian colour options in India.

Apart from being under the Google Pixel Upgrade Program, the Pixel 10a differs from the Pixel 9a in multiple departments.

Unlike the Pixel 9a, which had a slight camera bump, Google Pixel 10a has a flat design with virtually no camera bump.

Other specifications remain the same: Both Pixel 9a and Pixel 10a get the 6. 3-inch OLED display, Google Tensor G4, dual-camera setup with 48MP and 13MP sensors, 5,100mAH batteries, IP68 dust and water resistance.

If you already have a Pixel 9a in your pocket, you may not want to upgrade it as most of the specifications and feature are exactly the same.
