BNW Developments partners with Radisson Hotel Group for hotel and residences

BNW Developments has partnered with Radisson Hotel Group to launch a Radisson Blu hotel and branded residences in RAK Central, a new mixed-use district coming up in Ras Al Khaimah.

The announcement was made in Dubai on February 17, 2026, where both companies formally unveiled the project. The launch event was attended by senior executives from the real estate and hospitality sectors.

The development will include the Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central, with 361 rooms, and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, with 222 branded homes.

The hotel will be built above retail and cinema spaces as part of a mixed-use structure. It is expected to have five food and beverage outlets, meeting and event spaces, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, spa and gym facilities, a business lounge and a children’s club.

The residences will sit adjacent to the hotel and will offer hotel-managed services. This model, often referred to as branded residences, allows homeowners to access certain hospitality services while living in privately owned units.

RAK Central is being positioned as a commercial and lifestyle district within Ras Al Khaimah. The project is separate from Al Marjan Island, which has largely driven the emirate’s tourism-led growth so far. Developers are now looking to expand into business and mixed-use hubs as the northern emirate seeks to diversify its property market.

Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said the project is part of the company’s wider vision for Ras Al Khaimah. He described the Radisson Blu hotel and residences as “a defining step in our Ras Al Khaimah vision” and said the aim is to deliver “durable investor returns alongside a globally benchmarked living experience”.

Dr. Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director and Co-Founder of BNW Developments, said RAK Central reflects where the emirate is headed. He added that the Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences is designed to “elevate both investor confidence and everyday lifestyle” by bringing an international brand to a district where living, working and leisure are integrated.

Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer for the Middle East, North East Africa, Cyprus and Greece at Radisson Hotel Group, said the partnership reflects the group’s confidence in the emirate. He said entering RAK Central is “an exciting step for us” and that the project will bring “a premium hotel and residential offering” backed by strong operations and consistent service standards.

BNW Developments said it currently has more than 10 projects in Ras Al Khaimah and a gross development value exceeding AED 32 billion. The company describes itself as the largest private developer in the emirate.

For Radisson Hotel Group, this marks its entry into RAK Central. The hospitality chain already operates multiple properties across the Middle East under brands such as Radisson Blu and Park Inn.

The project reflects a wider trend in the UAE property market, where developers are increasingly tying up with international hotel brands to sell branded homes. Such residences are typically marketed to investors and overseas buyers who value brand-backed management and rental potential.

Construction timelines and expected completion dates were not disclosed. Details on pricing and sales are also awaited.
