Xiaomi has launched its latest device in the budget-friendly Redmi Note 15 series. The new smartphone, Redmi Note 15 SE 5G, comes with a 120Hz AMOLED display, military-grade durability, and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor while packing a price of under 25,000.

Redmi Note 15 SE 5G is priced at 19,999 for the base 6GB RAM/128GB storage model, while the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant is priced at 21,999, and the top-end 8GB RAM/256GB storage model is priced at 22,999.

Xiaomi says the phone will be available to buy starting April 7 through Flipkart, Mi.com, and offline retail stores. As part of the launch offers, Xiaomi is also offering an instant discount of 2,000 using select bank cards along with the option for no-cost EMI.

The phone comes in four colour variants: Carbon Black, Frosted White, Crimson Reserve, and Mist Purple, and weighs between 178 grams and 182 grams depending on the variant.

Redmi Note 15 SE 5G features a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,200 nits of peak brightness. The screen supports a 240Hz touch sampling rate and 3840Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. The phone comes with IP65 and IP66 ratings for dust and splash resistance while also packing a MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability rating.

Under the hood, the Note 15 SE 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor paired with the Adreno 710 GPU. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.

On the optics front, the phone comes with a dual rear camera setup housing a 50MP primary Light Fusion 400 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone houses a 20MP shooter.

The latest Redmi device runs on HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. It comes packed with a 5,800mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging.

The phone comes with support for multiple 5G bands, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.1. It also includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, an infrared sensor, and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
