Vivo V70 FE India launch confirmed, it will come with a 200-megapixel camera

Vivo is gearing up to launch the V70 FE in India soon, marking the third addition to its V70 lineup alongside the Vivo V70 and V70 Elite. The company has already put up a dedicated microsite confirming that the device will be available via Amazon. The smartphone is shown to feature a dual rear camera setup headlined by a 200-megapixel sensor and will be available in two colour options: green and pink.

For now, the microsite is light on details, but it hints that more information about the device will be revealed on March 26. However, the dedicated page does offer a glimpse of the device’s design. The V70 FE is seen sporting a pill-shaped camera island housing dual cameras, with a circular pattern inscribed with “OIS” — confirming that the camera system comes with optical image stabilisation. The rear panel also features a distinctive parallel line design running across the back.

According to tech blogger Paras Guglani, the Vivo V70 FE is launching in India on April 2, though Vivo has yet to confirm this officially. The device is said to come in two variants: 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. On the pricing front, the V70 FE is tipped to be positioned under Rs 35,000, with the base variant expected to carry a starting price of Rs 30,000, factoring in introductory bank discounts and cashback offers.

Vivo V70 FE specs and features

The Vivo V70 FE has already been launched in Indonesia, alongside the Vivo V70. There, the smartphone features a 6.83-inch 1.5K Q+10 AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,900 nits peak brightness and 449 ppi pixel density.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

On the battery front, the smartphone is fuelled by a massive 7,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The device carries IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance. In Indonesia, the V70 FE carries a starting price of IDR 64,99,000, which translates to roughly Rs 35,000, for the base 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The device is available in three colour options — Blue, Light Purple, and Silver.
