Advance bookings for Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, opened nationwide on March 14, building early momentum ahead of its theatrical release.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy thriller is set to hit screens worldwide on Thursday. Paid preview shows, scheduled for March 18, had already gone on sale last week.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film has also seen strong traction in overseas markets. Early data suggests that premiere advance bookings in the United States have crossed approximately USD 982,374 across 678 locations, spanning 1,684 shows with around 61,491 tickets sold.

The sequel features Ranveer Singh reprising his role as Indian spy Hamza, also known as Jaskirat Singh Rangi. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and Sara Arjun in key roles.

The first instalment, Dhurandhar, released in December last year and went on to earn approximately Rs 1300 crore worldwide, setting high expectations for the sequel.

The makers recently unveiled the official trailer, offering a glimpse into the high-stakes espionage narrative centred on Jaskirat Singh Rangi.

Backed by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the film is written, directed and produced by Aditya Dhar, with Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar also attached as producers.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge will release in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The film is slated for a March 19 release, with paid previews on March 18, aligning with festivals such as Gudi Padwa and Ugadi, ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
